Being told a new items is Counterfeit
It was purchased from Harrods, still in original packaging and I do not wear perfume.
I listed it, though my first time on eBay and obviously didn't photograph properly, or something.
I have been told the listing has been removed as it is Counterfeit. Â

Did your notice mention anything about VeRO? The Verified Rights Owner program allows members to complain to eBay and get listings removed. They frequently use the reason "counterfeit" even if the item is authentic. They just don't want you to sell their stuff, and eBay accommodates them. The principle that the item belongs to you and you can sell it if you want to would prevail in court, but it's rarely worthwhile to take it that far.  Â
