Being singled out by ebay with item being flagged as counterfeit. Any help appreciated.
Hey all...
I am a collector of Comic Images trading cards. For anyone who collects these they are familiar with the binders that were offered for many of the series. But Comic Images only starting offering binders around 1994, so many of the early series never had a binders offered.
I had a series of 6 custom binders printed up to fill in these gaps. I made them for myself, but there was a minimum of 10 each required for printing. so I ended up with 50 extras.
I was excited to offer these, and was very clear about them being custom, and I got permission from the founder of Comic Images to offer these. Despite all this they were removed as counterfeit. I appealed, but the appeal was denied.
So I reposted one today with clearer language in the title and description, and once again it got pulled as counterfeit. I am trying my best to do this properly and legally. If you simply do a ebay search for "custom trading card binder" you get lots of items, so it seems to not be a problem for others. And I do have proof of permission from Comic Images.
Very confused why I am being singled out, any insight would be appreciated.
This was my listing...
