Being scammed on a eBay purchase

Because I had automatic purchase on my eBay account I was charged for a second item that I donâ€™t need, and it was delivered to my house in three days, fre shipping, but when Itried to return it, Surprise ðŸ˜³the cost o the return is more than for times the price of the item I purchased, because they want me to send it to ChinaðŸ˜³, it this fair? What can I do?
