Being scammed by buyer
I attempted to sell a game card on eBay. By the way this is my first sale in years. Anyway. I received notice that the card was purchased and I had to send it within a couple days. Yesterday, Monday the 22nd I went to the USPS to send the gift card. The QR code contained an address, however the lady at the post office told me that label was only for a very large box. I copied the address and sent it by envelope CERTIFIED MAIL . The moment I was leaving the post office. I got a message supposedly by the buyer saying he was hacked and could I refund his money. Also, earlier in the transaction he had requested me give him the card's information rather than mail it. I had decided mailing it was safer. Now I get a notice from eBay my listing was not proper in the first place so it doesn't show up. Also, the buyer claims he told me ahead of time and that I had refused to refund his money (big lie). Today I sent seller my phone number to figure this out. I got a message he can't call me because he is not in the U.S. What do I do? I tried to call eBay, can't get through. I believe I am being scammed.
