I'm being scamed and I can't contact eBay when I go to help it won't let me write nothin so eBay if your kissing and don't Wana get money stolen from you let me or get a hold of me asap iv been trying for days to get ahold of u if you don't care if you get riped off fine but I need to talk to u

There is no reason to talk to anyone. Ebay has a Money Back Guarantee for buyers, so if you do not receive an order that you paid for you can file a Refund Request or if you receive an item that you purchased that turned out to be not as described or broken, wrong item, etc. you can file a Return Request.
