Being ignored by eBay and their seller
My order is not traceable on the eBay website. Both eBay and the seller are ignoring my email messages advising that the item which was delivered is not what I ordered! Both eBay and the seller, are repeatedly not responding to my email request to return the item for a full refund. Neither the order or item number come up when I attempt to initiate a return. The purchase also does not appear in my order history. The entire reality of this situation seems suspect to me! I need immediate recourse!!!!!!!!!!!
