Being harassed by a seller
So I bought something from this seller and all they did was create a label. Never shipped. I left a negative feedback and got a refund.
Then a month or so later the seller bought from me. I knew it was sketchy, so I packaged is extremely good and took pictures. It got delivered and the seller left a negative review, even though it was in great condition.
I contacted eBay to send an appeal to get the negative feadback removed, the ai bot denied it. I then contacted eBay to get a person actually look at this problem. They basically told me that buyers are allowed opinions and they feel like the buyer was being "genuine." Even though I literally provided evidence of it it good condition and packaged very nicely.
The seller was a big seller who sold thousands of items. How convenient of them to just buy from me after I bought from them and left a negative feedback. That's just harassment.

To Block that buyer from your account, add the user name here:

You can prevent future messages from a blocked member by selecting
"Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" in Buyer Rules
Then scroll to the bottom and Save changes

Consider getting a separate buyer's account and buy items using that account so a seller cannot retaliate.
Lastly, the reason you would request to have that feedback removed was not because of the comments about condition, you would use retaliation which is a violation (if you can prove it to customer service)
