Being double charged for shipping

So I pay for shipping from my bank account, but it looks like eBay also deduct it from my earnings after every sale. Why am I being charged twice

It often looks like eBay is withholding shipping funds from the buyerâ€™s payment when eBayâ€™s fees are about the same as the shipping cost.

Have you done the math to see what eBay is deducting for each sale? Remember that fees are assessed on the TOTAL amount of the buyerâ€™s payment â€¦ including the tax and shipping portion.
