Being Cheated
The seller sent me an item described as very good but is defective and they do not accept returns and ebay will not tell me how to get my promised refund .

A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns.
If the buyer files a "not as described" return within thirty days, eBay's money back guarantee applies.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
