Being chastised for buying items that never arrive

Question

I feel as though they have me confused with someone else. Anything that happens I get penalized. I am confused with how I was downgraded to below standard. What happened? I follow the rules. Give great service and deliver in record time.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
