Being charged shipping fees when item sold with “ buyer pays shippingâ€
So I sold an item for $40 and had selected “buyer pays shipping†when I created the listing but was still charged 11.23 listing fees then another $11 for a shipping label, so for an item that cost the buyer $48, I got paid $20, now looking back most of my listings have ended this way can some one please help me make sense if the buyer pays shipping I still have to pay for the shipping label a ten dollar sticker?

The buyer pays the shipping in the listing to you. You use the money to buy the label.
In your payment account you can review each buyer payment and see the shipping they paid, and the fees deducted - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary
Your most recent item - the jersey - had free shipping, not buyer pays.
