    Being Charged More for Shipping
                     

    I take measurements, pics and videos now of boxes that I send out. I purchase the shipping labels based on dimensions and weight.  I have received extra charges after from Ebay that state the Carrier reported different measurements where they are charging me between $3 - $4 more for shipping than I have already paid.
