Being charged for several shipping labels on the same item.

Question

My machine stopped working & I kept trying to print the label several times. Now I'm being charged for the same label 5 or more times.

I've tried contacting eBay & I can't find a number to call. This has resulted in several items for me to actually coming up with a loss in revenue, where eBay charges me $4 or $5 in the end.

Thank you, they make it so difficult for a new user. I'm 78 which I'm sure is one of my issues. I'll try to find that. Thanks so much for your help.

If you kept printing the same label with the same tracking number, you would only be charged once.

If you kept purchasing a new label with a new/different tracking number, you can cancel the unused labels.

Go to your Shipping Labels page and cancel each unused label. You will then see your refund in approximately 21 days.
