A seller has a small coin bank with a combination lock that his only description is "great shape". When I asked, I learned that the door is closed and locked and he doesn't have the combination. Sure doesn't seem like it's in "great shape" if it's unusable. Someone is going to bid and get it, be sorely disappointed, and have to pay to return. Any way to notify eBay before then?
