Yes … there is a ‘Contact seller’ link in every listing.

·3 years agoThere is a "Contact seller" link in the right column of all listings on the full website. Be sure to get your questions asked and satisfactorily answered before you commit to buy the item (including bidding, making an offer, clicking the button to confirm the purchase at the BIN price if it doesn't bring you to a payment page when you click the BIN button, or "Request[ing] a total" from the Cart). The seller is not obligated to answer (and indeed may have blocked such messages from some or all users) and your remedy if s/he doesn't answer satisfactorily is to not commit to buy. Once you commit paying is not contingent on getting a satisfactory answer or any at all.
