Been with eBay 24yrs, 1,197 100% Positive Feedback. Get Covid Miss 2 Shipments Lose Top Rated Plus. 1,197 is but a small fraction of sales over 24 years. eBay seems to not care that you got severe Covid and missed two shipments. It stinks!

·1 year agoCan you show us what your Seller Dashboard shows? From those numbers, I don't know why you would lose Top Rated over 2 late shipments, but there may be more information there that we can help you decipher.
