Been waiting 5 months for an order to arrive.
I have been waiting 5 months for an order to arrive but now eBay won't refund me because it has been more than 90 days. Seller, jackobooks, is not interested, says "not tracked" and "no refund or return available"! eBay won't even allow me to give them a rating.

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Waiting that long took the MBG off the table for you.
You will have to file a dispute with your funding source for a refund, PayPal, credit card, etc.

I have discovered that my mother accepted the item in August and put it away without telling me. Please can you remove my post as the seller did nothing wrong, it was my own internal workflow that failed.
