Are you by any chance referring to the ways of reaching eBay CS on social media … in addition to using the eBay website?
I have heard about Facebook and Twitter … but not Google … if that is the case.
From what I understand, the CS reps that can be reached on social media are better informed and more helpful than the ones contracted by the eBay site … but we are free to use either. I am not irritated about this … and confused about why you think I would be. 🤔

OP2 years agoI am directed to google by ebay,,,, or to face book which I do not have,,,, or invited to become a member of ebay " What ???". ebay has a help line or a contact number in several places, none of which work. Thanks for listening Lady.

Those things are all alternative options available to you on the sign-in page if you choose not to use the regular username and password method to sign in to your existing account, but you are not required to use any of those things.
You still seem to be able to sign in to your eBay account that you registered in 1998, so what exactly is making you angry?
You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a chat with an agent or a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

Mentor2 years agoI don't understand your reference to Google.
What are you using Google for? Logging in? Just enter your user ID and password. Search? Just type the keywords for the item you are searching for in the search field.
