Been a week, item hasn't shipped, seller won't respond to inquiries
I livebin US & bought an item from England. Paid for it. Listing states it will be shipped within 5 days. A week later, no indication of shipping, no response from seller. He has 100% positive rating. Anything I can do besides wait?

No, you must wait until the item is late before you can open a not received claim.
