Been 30 day and haven't received my item ...
I ordered and item on March 5th and have not received it yet. I tried opening a report but it won't let me? I have tired to contact the seller 2 times but no answer from them?
the is no tracking info... I would like my money back!

What is the estimated delivery date shown in your purchase history? You should be able to open a not received claim for 30 days after that date.
What error message are you getting?
