Becoming frustrated
So I have 3 orders that were delivered and I used ESE as it has limited tracking. It’s been almost a month and the buyer received my items but all the orders are still showing as shipped. I only noticed that they did in fact receive my order because the buyer left positive feedback and even photos of the items they received. I called and spoke to a rep for 30 minutes who told me his hands were tied when I asked when does the system know to stop holding my funds even when the buyer showed proof they received it? I finally asked for a supervisor and they told me 2 of the orders would be approved and the funds would be released to me in 24 hours. But when I checked my bank only funds for one of my orders was released to me and not the 2nd that I was promised. I checked earlier today and noticed the third order that still said shipped was also delivered because again the buyer left feedback that included photos. So now I’m waiting for a call from eBay to explain why I was told that funds would be released for one order and wasn’t and what is going to happen to the third order that was already delivered but is still showing as shipped almost a month later. Is this a common issue with eBay?
