Bearpaw brand Boots ?

Does
anyone know what brand of boots these are? Seller listed as Bearpaw but the logo is wrong, and they're Euro sizing not US like Bearpaw. Seller wants to give me a $10 refund, which doesn't even cover shipping, and a 20% discount on items in their store. I thought maybe Bearpaw had changed their logo- that's why I even bought them. Absolutely no brand name anywhere on them.
