hi, I want to buy an item whose price is 950 USD. and I want to check if is it safe or not, I mean if the seller will not send the item or will send another item, or something like that what I can do? can I get my money back in case of some issues?

The best way to avoid problems in the first place however is to review the seller's feedback ratings and comments. Buy from experienced sellers with great feedback.
