Battery I sold
I sold a battery that goes to a Kobalt tool, the battery was in good working condition when I shipped it, whenever the buyer received the battery it was not working so I refunded him but never received the battery back and eBay says it’s a Closed case and I can’t do anything about it so this is where I can next.

If you wanted it back then you provide a return label and refund when they ship it back.
They have no incentive to return it If you refunded before you received it back.
