So I listed several items on eBay to sell, but a third party bought the bathroom vanity from me yesterday. I haven't had a chance to remove it from eBay and somebody on eBay bought it how do I cancel the order and they get their money back

You will need to cancel the transaction, refunding the buyer.

Go to Orders in Seller Hub or in My eBay
Find the order you want to cancel, and from More actions, select Cancel order.
Choose a reason for the cancellation and then select Submit to finish.

This will result in a defect on your selling account.

Use the Cancel Transaction and select out-of-stock (do not use the refund button) from the drop down menu next to the item. This will automatically refund the buyer as well.

Note this is going to put a strike on your account and you will still end up paying ebay fees, plus you will have an unhappy buyer and possibly receive bad feedback.
