Basically, impossible to speak to an actual customer service representative now.

Question

I have had several orders now never show up from international sellers. Every time I start a request, it gets declined. The online/AI just recycles the same information over and over. You can't get anywhere with it.

Then you go back to the seller, and they don't have any listing anymore. It's pretty much scammer but eBay isn't doing anything about it.

I have used eBay for years but lately I not sure if it's even the same company.

Is anyone else having the same issues?

When I have an order that does not arrive, I file a refund request after the latest estimated date of delivery has passed and have received a refund.
