Baseball card I bought

Question

I can’t contact a seller I bought a baseball card from. When I click on contact seller it won’t take me to where I can contact him like it’s a fake contract info. Also it says the card was prepared for shipping in March 18th and it’s been stuck in that position since the 18th, no movement. Did I get ripped off ? Can someone help ?? Thanks

If you are using the iOS version of the app and having problems, try using a browser instead to contact your sellers. You may have to disable the feature that opens eBay browser links in the app automatically by tapping and holding such a link and then selecting "do not open in the app".

App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled.

You should be able to use the "contact" link in a seller's listing or in your Purchase History to send a message to the seller.

If you are having problems, try clicking on the "Send message" text to start typing your message.
