Mentor8 months ago@ejdoutlaw It takes a few weeks to receive the refund, eBay doesn't have the money for the label, the postal service does. They have to make sure that the label is not used.
You can void/ cancel the label within 28 days of purchasing it from the actions drop down menu next to the label on this page>

OP8 months agoThankyou. It was actually two FedEx labels. The barcode wouldn’t work. So I cancelled it then purchased a second one from eBay and that had an issue also at the FedEx office. So I cancelled that one too and went to ups with no issues.

Mentor8 months ago@ejdoutlaw You can try CS on social media since Fed Ex labels are not actually charged to the account holder ( eBay) until used. No guarantees so you might have to wait for the refund.
Contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
