136111673110 Is the item number i bought. The seller does not want to cancel my order and he probably wants to keep my money and not give me the hoodie I bought from him online.

The seller is not obligated to agree to your request to cancel your purchase/order.
If you do not receive the item you bought, and the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least one day, you can file a Refund Request due to item not received.
