Banned from selling on Ebay
After 20 plus years of selling and buying on Ebay I have been banned from selling over one item I listed a year ago the the buyer did not receive. At the time this was the only Item I had listed for sale. As I had become sick with Covid during the listing period I was not even aware that the item had sold. The buyer was refunded by ebay and my first negative feedback in many years was generated. I was not even aware that the problem had occurred until well into the new year. I never even tried to sell anything during 2022 and when I tried to list an Item last week it said my selling ability had been permanently suspended. I requested a call back from Ebay and was told by the rep from a foreign country that I could not appeal this decision and I could not speak to someone in a position of higher authority. I feel this is wrong especially after 20 years and 2900 pos feedbacks. Is there any common sense in this ?

·3 years agoNo, there is not, but it's eBay's platform and they can ban any account for any reason at any time. You can try contacting the eBay for Business Team on Facebook, but I would not put much hope in that. I've never heard of anyone permanently banned being allowed back in.
