Mentor2 years agoIt depends on the individual seller.
Sellers can block buyers with two or more unpaid cancellations in the last month, six months or twelve months. Those blocks will no longer apply when you have gone each duration without receiving additional strikes so you have less than the minimum number of strikes in that period.
Sellers can also block users by username. Those blocks do not expire unless the seller decides to remove your name from the seller's block list.
