Banned from auctions
I can't participate in auctions because according to eBay I have 2 unpaid won auctions within 12 months. I can't appeal because their offices are closed.
I know that there were a handfull of auction cancelled after I won them because after winning, trying to pay it turns out the seller doesn't ship to my location and I can't pay, therefore the seller has to cancel the order.
My question now is how can I bid in auctions that state worldwide shipping with the exception of certain countries (never mine) and after winning suddenly not ship to my country and then there are auction in which I can't even bid because they don't ship outside their country? Why am I now banned when somehow some sellers seemingly use the settings for the auction wrong, how am I at fault if they make the mistake?
