Hello, I have recently updated my payout banking information on my seller account. eBay is now requesting that I upload a PDF document with my banking info to verify the account, but I am operating entirely from my mobile phone and I am unsure how to generate or upload this file correctly using my device. Could the community or support team please provide the steps for: How to properly save a bank statement as a PDF on a smartphone? Where exactly in the mobile Seller Hub I should upload this so my payouts are no longer on hold? I want to make sure my account stays in good standing and my 100% positive feedback is protected by getting this resolved quickly. Any help from fellow sellers would be appreciated.
