Hi Mentors,
I need help with my seller account. My name is SHAFIZA AZIYANTI BT AHMAD SAUFFE.
My eBay seller account: jasnisapuan5@gmail.com
My bank account / Payoneer verification has been pending for over 2 weeks. I cannot get past this step.
I tried contacting eBay support through the app and website, but chat is always unavailable and there is no option to send an email.
I am very committed to selling on eBay. I already have ready inventory of authentic JDM diecast models and car parts from Japan.
I am ready to provide any documentation like IC or proof of address.
Can anyone from eBay or a Mentor please help escalate this or tell me how to reach the payments team?
