By pay statement do you mean 1099k? If not, what document?

Amounts for sellers on the 1099k or on any of the sales reports are gross sales - they do not have fees deducted. The 1099k does not have refunds deducted. Sales reports include sales tax, which is given to the states, not to the sellers.
