Bank Debit for an Ebay purchase that never happened...
I was looking at a website, UK based, (I am in the states). Didn't order anything and yet there is a debit in my bank account for an eBay purchase, but there is nothing lilsted under MY EBAY..I never purchased anything and my bank wants to cancel my debit. There is a seller's name and ID number, but they come back as BLANKS! Any one know where in the EBay world I can go to? Apparently no info given for resolving this sort of transaction without there being an actual transaction! Thank you!

Mentor2 years ago@maxxnme2010 Is it possible that you or someone in your household ( accidentally) made the purchase as a guest?
If you made the purchase using a guest account it will not be in your purchase history.
Log out of your eBay account and request the guest account details from this page:
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/returning-item/returning-items-bought-guest?id=4065&st=
Then you can start a refund request, track your order, or contact the seller, from the guest account email. Do not log in to your regular eBay account.
