I donâ€™t know the account information to change my account. How do I get rid of the bank linked to my eBay account without the account number?

If you know the name of the bank ... you should be able to get your account number by phoning or visiting it.

Who is 'they' ... the bank or eBay?

You may have to go in person to the bank to prove that you are the owner of the account. First find out what information they need from you to prove your identity.

If you don't have any statements or checks to refer to, you'll need to contact the bank for help.
