The debit card you’re seeing for purchases is separate from the payout method used for selling.
If you haven’t registered as a seller yet, try creating your first listing. eBay should take you through the seller registration process and ask you to set up and verify a payout method. You can use a checking account or an eligible Visa/Mastercard debit card.
