Balance on account
I tried to sell on ebay however, I have not done well so stopped. Now I keep getting statements showing I have $12.00 balance on my account. It does not appear that I owe it, it appears they owe me. How do I get that money back so they zero out my account?

You need to ask customer service to refund it to you.

To speak to customer service, use the link on the right side of this page “have us call you†- https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
If you don't see 'have us call you', click chat. Then type contact an agent.
