bait & switch
Well lets see, how about a 4.00 item that was bait and switch!
Goes like this >>> You bid on an item , win the auction, and find out after receiving it, it is not what is pictured.
Out of professional courtesy you e-mail the seller to rectify the situation, got nowhere with this vender, gave the vender a negetive feed back, this clown gives a reply QUOTE: This guy damages the product, and says it's not what he paid for, had a bad feeling about this transaction, reported to EBAY. Wow! all this for 4.00.
anybody else out there in the EBAY world have this kind of problem on a small purchase? curious!

Mentor2 years agoIf you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
