Why is the one price when looking for https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw=hills+tie+off+caps&_sacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_oac=1 an item and a different price when it then added to my cart.

I see an AU$59 sale price (down from AU$70) either way when I search on ebay.com.au instead of ebay.com.

What prices are you seeing?

Are you using different locations to calculate shipping estimates? Or running into VAT issues because you are looking at items listed in Australia on ebay.com?
