Bait and switch
I was a winning bidder for a vintage seiko watch for $125 + free shipping. However when I got to the checkout screen I noticed that the shipping was now $80! The seller told me there must’ve been a glitch in the system and refuses to lower the shipping rate. If the $80 shipping cost was applied to the listing perhaps the bidding would’ve been much lower. This is a bait and switch and the seller has 0 feedback. I just paid for it though but I probably shouldn’t have.

Mentor3 years agoIf you were looking at the item with the app, it is a known issue that the app often shows free shipping when it is not free.
I would ask the seller to cancel your purchase based on the site issue.
