I purchased a screwdriver set and was sent a completely different item. A 6 inch level. I contacted the seller and eBay and canâ€™t get any helpâ€ƒ

You should be covered under the eBay Money Back Guarantee. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.

Go to this transaction in your Purchase History and open an Item Not as Described refund request. The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund. If they don't respond on time, on the 4th day go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

You need to open that Item Not as Described refund request on eBay to start the refund process.
