bait and switch
I purchased a vcr from [Removed by mod]. The vcr I received only worked on one side. Contacted [Removed by mod] and they
replied the vcr was not the one in the add!!! Trying to return vcr received no replie. Anyone else have bait and twitch problems?

It sounds like the seller is trying to scare you out of returning the item.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts. Describe the defect in the comments.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he cannot send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
