How do you contact eBay about a dishonest seller? They posted a pic of what they were selling, then had something else shipped to me from Walmart. I want to get a refund but the return postage is almost as much as the product.

For an item that is not as described, you don't have to pay a penny to ship it back. Here's what to do...

If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

Drop shipping from other retailers is not allowed on eBay. You can report the seller here:
