Bait and Switch
So I sold a 1962 Barbie that is in great shape. As soon as the buyer gets it they go and issue a complaint and want a refund. The pictures I sent are very clear and the buyer was complaining saying there is green around the ears. In the original post you can clearly see there is no greening on the doll. The buyer sends pictures of the exact same doll, but this one is clearly not the one I sent. It’s an obvious scam and eBay is taking the side of the buyer. Is there anything I can do? Cause now I’m going to get back the switched doll and the buy gets to keep the good one. This is infuriating
