Bait and switch
A seller did a bait and switch on me and I dont have the option to return the item.
Deceptive listing stated that all items pictured would be sent. Many pictured were not sent and the seller said in a message to me
"Dear ________,
Not missing in red are items that was replaced with better ones I told you upto 5 Consoles lucky I put 4 consoles the pic has two a xbox 360 and wii cost more than a non working retro. All consoles work well over 700 in the box i even threw extra"
The pictures were I believe intentionally fuzzy because they knew they were selling junk. Almost all the games are japanese or sports titles which arent worth anything. and the few items that might have been worth a little bit were swapped out...
How can I resolve this? I filed a request and the response was to check around my porch for the package...

Mentor2 years agoThe easiest way is to go to your Purchase history, locate the item. Click on RETURN THIS ITEM because it is Not as Described. You will need to click on MORE to see that option. The seller will need to provide a prepaid shipping label for its return. You print out the label, affix it to the box, and have the counter clerk scan the label. When tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, the seller needs to refund you within 2 days. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
