Is it legal and acceptable for a seller to sell a doll bed that retails for $39.99, and they are selling it for $144,99?

Yes, it is legal and acceptable.

If you don't want to pay the higher price you can try to find one at retail. Or find a seller that is selling it for less.

It may be legal, but it is certainly not acceptable. I do encourage you, however, to buy from that seller.

I don't. I encourage you to find another seller, who has a reasonable price.
