Bad tracking number
I made a purchase on April 9th. I received a tracking number on April 12th, however it is not a number that can be traced through the post office. I've contacted the seller and received no response. Package has not shown any update since the 12th. What do I do?

If it is a coin or card, there is a special service through eBay - you can check here for tracking info - https://www.trackmyshipment.co/
Otherwise, open a not received claim after the item is overdue.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
