Bad service from Ebay?
Last night the seller issued a refund for a item that was stolen during transit. Today I get a email saying that the item arrived at my address. There's nothing out front of my residence?

The carrier is the one saying it was delivered.
If you got a refund already, sounds like good service, since you didn't get the item.
